St Paul's School is having fun making lunches that have no plastic packaging or gladwrap. We are using lunchboxes with compartments to separate our food. Look at the ideas people have come up with:
- raisins, dates, prunes, figs or nuts in small containers. These can be bought in one packet instead of lots of little ones.
- fruit, because fruit often has its own natural wrapper.
- carrot, celery and cheese sticks
- crackers
- sandwiches or buns
- pasta dishes in a small container
- sausages or cheerios
- pita pockets or tortilla wraps
- fresh cut up salad
- yoghurt put into a small container from the 1 kg containers.
Look at some of the great lunches that we are enjoying.
